Todd Ponzio is a Cofounder and the Chief Business Officer of INTcRON Inc., overseeing strategic partnerships, licensing, IP strategy and monetization.
Bio
A neuroscientist-turned-commercial leader, Dr. Ponzio brings decades of experience across biotech, academic medicine, and the federal sector. He has closed over $200M in transactions, managed multiple clinical-stage assets, and led dozens of licensing and co-development deals with major pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics companies. Before joining INTcRON, he held executive roles at the University of Tennessee, Wake Forest Innovations, and led the U.S. Navy’s medical research technology transfer program. Dr. Ponzio is registered with the USPTO, holds a PhD in Neuroscience and credentials in US regulatory affairs and from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
