Scott E. Strome

Founder & CEO

Dr. Strome is a visionary physician–scientist with nearly three decades of experience developing immune-based protein therapeutics for cancer and autoimmunity. A fellowship-trained head and neck surgical oncologist, his work has helped propel four drug platforms into clinical trials - anti-PD-L1, “Trojan” peptide cancer vaccines, and two recombinant Fc multimers for autoimmune diseases. He has led pioneering translational research laboratories, mentoring PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and a wide range of faculty. To date, he has published 132 peer-reviewed papers (18,912 citations; h-index 61, per Google Scholar, March 2025), many focused-on immunology and drug development.

Todd Ponzio

Cofounder & Chief Business Officer

​Todd Ponzio is a Cofounder and the Chief Business Officer of INTcRON Inc., overseeing strategic partnerships, licensing, IP strategy and monetization. A neuroscientist-turned-commercial leader, Dr. Ponzio brings decades of experience across biotech, academic medicine, and the federal sector. He has closed over $200M in transactions, managed multiple clinical-stage assets, and led dozens of licensing and co-development deals with major pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics companies.

Jeffrey Berman

 Chief Operating Officer &

Chief Administrative Officer

Jeffrey Berman brings more than 30 years of strategic, operational, and financial leadership to his role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. With a career shaped by venture capital, private equity, and strategic advisory work, he has guided organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and increasing operational complexity.

Jeffrey has raised over $1 billion in capital across diverse industries, giving him a deep understanding of the financial, regulatory, and structural frameworks essential to advancing innovation in biopharma and healthcare. â€‹

Paul Thomas

TCR Biology Expert

Paul Thomas obtained his undergraduate degree in Biology and Philosophy at Wake Forest University. He did his PhD training at Harvard University, working on the innate immune response to Schistosoma-associated carbohydrates and their role in promoting Th2 responses. From there, he moved to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for a postdoctoral fellowship with Peter Doherty on T cell responses in the influenza model. In 2009, he started his own lab St. Jude, where his lab studied innate and adaptive immunity to viral infections.

Gideon Lapidoth

Structural Biology Expert

Gideon Lapidoth is the co-founder and CEO of Enzymit, a cell-free biomanufacturing company combining computational enzyme design with high-throughput experimental screening to build scalable enzymatic manufacturing processes. He earned a PhD in computational protein design at the Weizmann Institute and completed postdoctoral research in enzyme engineering.

Evan S. Glazer

Pancreatic Cancer Surgeon Scientist

Chief - Division of Surgical Oncology

Evan Glazer is a surgeon scientist at the University of Michigan leading the clinical program in pancreatic cancer. He is a fellowship trained surgical oncologist focusing on pancreatic and liver cancers with extensive experience bridging the gap between the basic science laboratory and the patient needing tomorrow’s best treatments today. He focuses on a pragmatic, translational approaches by collaborating with scientists, clinicians, and patients. He earned his medical degree from George Washington University and a PhD in cancer biology from the University of Arizona with research training at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. His clinical training has been at the University of Arizona and H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center.
